Question

Assign Prefilled Form in Jotform function linking to blank forms

I was delighted to see that I can now prefill forms in Zapier and assign them! But then when I tried to do so I was provided with a link to a blank form. None of the fields that I filled were populated with the data I pulled from within the zap. Any thoughts? I have tried editable and read only with same results.

Good question.

We would need more context in order to be able to evaluate and advise.

Please provide screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

I tested and was able to successfully create and share a prefilled form.

 

This may be why.

The mapped value is not a valid State/Province.

@Troy Tessalone  Thanks for the reply. I tried entering only one text-only field and am still getting the same results. I also tried a different form as well as re-connecting my jotform account to zapier.

You may want to check your field settings, your form settings, and your account settings to determine if there is something preventing the prefill from happening.
