Hi, I am currently trying to create a zap that takes my order confirmation from Under Armour and converts the items purchased into rows on my Google sheet. I chose a larger order of 7 item to format on parser.zapier.com and got it to work perfectly. But then I tried sending a confirmation email with only 2 items ordered and it still created 7 rows on the sheet and weren’t filled in correctly like the first one was. If anyone could provide some help that would be great

The free Parser by Zapier is not reliable, the email templates being parsed have to be very specific and consistent.
Try using a more robust email parser such as Mailparser: https://zapier.com/apps/mailparser/integrations#triggers-and-actions
Code steps can also be used to create a custom email parser.
You can also try training OpenAI to parse and prep the email data: https://zapier.com/apps/openai/integrations#triggers-and-actions
