My users are joining an app and starting trial. On start trial a stonly guide is launched.
On the 11th day of free trial, if the user has not yet subscribed, I want to automate an email being sent to him notifying that the trial is ending soon.
How can I accomplish this?

The app is our saas product a browser based platform. The status of a user i can only get from chartmogul where i have the real-time status - if user is in trial or if he subscribed . And i send emails via sendgrid but i also have the option to send with mailchimp.
+14You may have to log the data in an Airtable.
Then update the records when they subscribed.
Airtable has Views, which are segments of data. (sort, filter, etc.)
Airtable Views can be used to trigger Zaps.
