How do I format a daily email as a table with "Find Records" output matching the table layout?

RABEATZ

I am trying to send a daily email that contains the contents of a Zapier table, with the email formatted as a table.

I can find the records using “Find Records (Output as Line Items)”. But it’s outputting the information in a not so user friendly manner. How can I output the information exactly as it appears in the table?

Did you have a look at the Zapier formatter. It would help you in formatting the data the way you want.

Hi @RABEATZ 

Good question.

One option to try is to prompt AI to format the data (arrays of line items) as HTML for use in the email body.

ChatGPT and OpenAI are great at this.
