Unable to update billing information for my Zapier account

We are unable to make the payment for renewal as your platform is not accepting our new debit card. Kindly assist in investigating this issue or provide an alternative payment method.

I’m so sorry to hear that you’re having some trouble updating the payment card for your account. For this type of issue our Billing and Accounts team will the best people to talk to.
