Is there a way to use Formatter to generate an image download link?

I want to be able to take uploaded photos from an application form and format them into a downloadable link before adding them to a google sheet. Would this be possible, if so what formatter tool would I need to use?

Where are you hosting the images from the app formthat you want to have a download link for?

This can be done using GDrive: https://zapier.com/apps/google-drive/integrations
