Reachdesk app shows app is not available

Hi, I am looking for information on how to connect Zapier and Reachdesk. When I go to Apps > Reachdesk, I see that have a connection set up but when I try and build a Zap, it says that the app is not available. Is this a paid feature?

The Reachdesk Zap app integration has 0 triggers and 2 actions available.

+1 to what Troy mentioned. You can only use the Reachdesk app as an action step. Here’s a screenshot:
