@Badgersports

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

What WooCommerce trigger are you using?

What Monday action are you using?

Hello there, @Badgersports! 👋

How did you get on with this? Were you since able to get the desired workflow between WooCommerce and monday.com?

If not, I’d suggest mapping the relevant fields containing the order number, product etc. from the WooCommerce trigger, into the corresponding column fields in the Create Item (Monday.com) action. That should allow the Zap to pass the relevant order details received from WooCommerce over to Monday.com.

If that’s not working or you’re getting stuck at all just send over some screenshots of the Zap’s current set up, as Troy mentioned, as well as any errors you might be running into and we’ll be happy to assist further. Please make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
