LinkedIn to Salesforce Zap

Hello everyone!

I’m trying to set up a zap that has a trigger in LinkedIn (new outgoing message) that results in a new contact creation in SalesForce. I don’t have the Sales version of LInkedIn, which it appears that you need? Is this true?

When I try to set up the zap, it mixes them up and thinks it’s SalesForce to SalesForce. It can’t seem to catch the trigger in LInkedIn, even though that is what I put in the field. 

Any advice?

Hi @SPARK, welcome to the Community!

 

I’ve had a look through the different LinkedIn apps and there’s no way to trigger a Zap from a new outgoing message in LinkedIn. I’m sorry that we can’t help you with this particular workflow!
