Facing issue while fetching real time data from custom Api in Zapier

For retrieving list of data from our system Api in zapier we should use rest hook or webhooks?

 currently, we are using REST hooks to retrieve list of users for payment but it is not fetching latest data from our system Api ?

Can you please help me how can we resolve this issue?
