Question

UTM parameters are not being sent from Facebook Lead Ads to Salesforce.

Hi, We are using Zappier to integrate Facebook and LinkedIn form to create a new lead on Salesforce once someone is filling up a lead gen form. Everything seems fine in LinkedIn, but in Facebook, it does not send all the values I inserted, like UTM source, UTM medium, etc. Its only sending the FB form values like name, email, campaign name etc. 

We tried to check the mapping fields but its not there. What are our options?

Good question.

The sample lead in my Zap doesn't have the custom fields from my form

If your form has never been used, a generic lead may be created with default fields.
You can create a test that uses the actual fields from your form by using the Facebook Lead Ads testing tool.
