How do I send an SMS to the provider with customer application details from Typeform?

hello from korea

 

i made 2 zaps.

  1. typeform (customer reservation) - message to customer 

it’s okay

problem is 2

  1. typeform - message to provider the detail of customers application

 

What the applicants have to do with the supplier is the name(kim,lee...), not the phone number

but i want make zap about send sms to provider. how can i do it?
