Question

How can I create a Zap that integrates Google Chat With Jira Service Management?

I am trying to connect my Google Chat App with Jira Service Management.
Is there way I can integrate these two using Zapier?
So the idea is that whatever message I will receive through Google Chat Group the Zapier should Trigger to Create New Request in my Jira Support or Update the existing Jira Support Ticket.

Is it possible to do this using Zapier?

Hi @lokesh28j

Review the available Zap app triggers/actions:

Hi Troy,
Thank you for the reply, yes I have already tried this but this integration does not work for my requirement.
So basically I am looking for a Chatbot that can be integrated with Google Chat and from Google Chat I should be able to create tickets or update tickets in Jira Service Management.

So this is 3 step process. Obviously I do not have a Chatbot that can be integrated with Google Chat, but does Zapier provides the Chatbot feature that can be integrated with Google Chat?

I’m not sure.

Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps
