Question

My Zap isn't sending emails after the initial test, but it says everything works correctly.

Hi

 

I have created a zap that looks something like this:

 

WHEN new row added in ‘X’ G Sheet send an email.

In the body of the email I use dynamic fields to take ‘x’ column information (email address) an ‘y’ column for the Name. I ran a test and all was found correctly. I test again but why adding new row in excel and it worked the first time but won’t continue to work. When I open the zap and its reports it says everything is working correctly but the emails are not being sent.

 

Any guidance on how to troubleshoot this?

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured?

As an alternative, I recommend using Airtable instead of GSheets.

Thank you! I will play with Airtable to see how that goes.

 

In the meantime, I don’t really know what I am doing wrong here lol. I think my problem is within “to” field since I don’t get any errors. The email is not being pulled from the specific column I want to select.

 

Any ideas? 😓

You need to map the Email variable from GSheets into the To field.

No, that is exactly what I am doing, but is not pulling the email. I turned off the zap, I deleted all the info on the sheet, added a couple of rows with different emails to test and nothing.

Can you provide updated screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured?

Can you provide a screenshot with the top few rows of your GSheet?

If you are encountering errors, then post as a screenshot.
