I’m seeing this error on one of my forms but can’t understand what the issue might be?

 

Formatter by Zapier: Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html>

    Hey @Ashleigh - Are you still seeing this error? As Troy mentioned above, it was likely due to a outage that you were seeing that issue. Please let me know if it’s still persisting for you.
