Facebook lead ads data not going to email

Hello, 

I connected the Facebook lead with zoho mail but I still haven't received any notification in the email. 

Please help me

Hi @Bin sina!

 

Zaps using Facebook Lead Ads can be tricky because Facebook has a lot of different permission settings, and if one of them isn't correct it will stop new leads from being passed to Zapier. 

 

I strongly recommend checking out the help guide Common Problems with Facebook Lead Ads as it will walk you through the different permissions and how you can find those in Facebook.
