Task Are Available but i'm receiving a task limit error.


Hi I keep having task being held randomly because it says my task limit has been reached. I’ve only used 893 task of my 5000. I’m not sure how to correct this error and I can keep going in and manually pushing them through. Can you please advise.

Hi @John561!

One thing that can cause this is when you run out of tasks just before your monthly task limit resets, could that be the case here?

If not, then the best thing to do is to get in touch with the Zapier Support team (using the Get Help form). They can look at your account with you to understand why you might be seeing certain error messages.

That’s exactly what I did. We hit our limit towards the end of the  month so I upgraded. I’ll reach out support to see if they can fix the issue.

Having a similar issue here I have upgraded 5 times this month and task are still being held
