Facebook leads not added to Kartra “ No lead found” error


Hi I’ve set up a zap to send leads from Facebook Leads Ad to Kartra. 

The zaps are running successfully. I’ve checked Zap history and data in shows the customer data but data our has the follow error message: 

status: Error

message: No lead found

type: 234

 

Can you please help with this? 

 

Also only data I can send is email address, doesn’t give me any other option. Is there a way to send name and phone number too?

Thanks for following up here, @Rajiv. I’m so glad to hear you were able to get this sorted by creating the new lead in Kartra (Create New Lead) where you can add other details like their name and phone number before attempting to subscribe them to an existing list (Subscribe Lead to List). :)

Functionality can vary between different app integrations, so the required actions for certain workflows aren’t always clear at first. You weren’t being stupid at all!

Never mind, I was being stupid. You have to create a new lead first and then subscribe to a list
