How to check quote reference number in Xero matches job number in Zoho CRM?

Hi everyone

I use Xero as my quote tool. When a job’s quote gets accepted by the client, I want Zoho CRM to update the status of the job.
Currently there is a Reference Number on the Quote (eg. JDP-1001) that is the same as the Job Number in the CRM Deals module.
I know you can use filters to get individual records... what I need is a 2-way filter that matches the Reference Number on the Quote (in the trigger) against the Job Number in the CRM (in the action) and updates the CRM to let the CRM user know the quote is accepted.

This doesnt seem to be possible with the current architecture....

In the Zap, try adding these steps:

Action: Zoho CRM - Find Module Entry

Action: Zoho CRM - Update Module Entry

NOTE: You’ll need to map the ID of the found Module Entry between the steps.
