Before we dig deeper into this, could you please tell me if you’re using the non business version of Instagram? If so, unfortunately the non business version of Instagram doesn’t have any available actions at the moment. However, we do have an existing feature request for the “Post Media” action.
Please let me know if you’d like to get added to that.

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the feature request for the “Post Media” action for Instagram non-business app is now closed since it isn’t possible to create media via the API with a standard Instagram account (only with a Business account).
I’d recommend using the Instagram for Business app as an alternative. Please note that this will only work for an Instagram Business Account and not a Personal or Creator Account:
