Just got the same outcome on my own (paid) account, & logged a support ticket with Zapier. Hoping it’s a relatively simple thing to resolve, or possibly just a glitch in the matrix for openai.
Can I just check what file size and type the recordings are? Currently there’s a file limit of 25MB for audio and video files and it only accepts certain types of files:
Just wondering if the errors you’re both running into might be related to the file size/type limits. Do you think that could be the case here or are you seeing errors for recordings in supported file types that are under 25MB?
In that case @Shane_M, I think it would be best to reach out to our Support team to investigate this further. They’ll be able to dig into the logs for your Zap to better determine what’s causing that error. Please do report back here to let us know how you get on, keen to ensure you’re set! 🙂
Make sure “Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings” is set to OFF.
Make sure “Require password to access shared cloud recordings” is set to OFF.
At this time, the New Recording trigger is only able to provide accessible download URLs when those two settings are set to Off.
If you need to have one or both of those settings set to On, but would still like to download files from the New Recording trigger, please contact our support team, and we can file a feature request on your behalf.
