Delay on instant trigger?

Hi! I have a problem with a PipeDrive trigger, the “Updated Deal Stage” which is supposed to be instant. Usually it has worked fine, but now it seems to have slowed down. In the case shown in the screenshot, the timestamp on the deal for the stage change time differs almost 3 hours for when the Zap ran.

Does anyone have an idea of what could be causing this?

Any help is appreciated :)

Hi @Peter K!

Just to confirm, it’s very likely that the delay you saw was related to the incident that Troy highlighted. This issue is now resolved so your Zaps should be back up to speed. If you are seeing anything unusual with your instant triggers, the best thing to do is to get in touch with the Support Team using the Get Help form.

Thanks!

Thank you so much!

I connected the status page to Slack so I can more easily see these things.

Best,
