I want to split the text and use it in the next action

Hello.

I have a quick question.Sorry if the English is strange because it is a translation software.

 

I want to split the text and use it in the next step.

Similar methods have been used in the past.But this time it doesn't work.

If you set it like the following image, you will get an output result like the following image.

I know it's weird here, but in the next step, I can't select the text that should have been split.

How can I make it work?

Hey there @kaoru, welcome to the Community!

It looks as though the webhook is sending those items over as line-items. So the Formatter action is seeing them as two entirely separate sets of line-items, not one comma-separated list of items to convert into separate fields. 

I’d suggest using the Formatter (Utilities > Line-item to Text) action instead. It would allow you to split the line items out into separate fields. For example:
63f7916c2cecda0def13791834ef59a4.png
It would output each item into a separate field that you can select:
11863ecb0e1d2367edc092182b84aa62.png
Can you give that a try and let us know how you get on?

I practiced what I was taught and it worked.
