How to I capture new email addresses when purchased and get them added to the sequence?


I’m trying to get new Thrivecart purchasers to be added to my Convertkit sequence. Every time I try to set up the Zap, it requires an email address and will only add that email address to the sequence. How to I capture new email addresses when purchased and get them added to the sequence?

Which Zap trigger are you using? (screenshots)


For the Email field in the Zap action step, you need to map a variable from a previous step that has a value that is a valid email address, similar to how you mapped a variable for the First Name field.
