How do I set up specific email campaigns and organize contacts based on quiz outcomes in Outgrow?

I created a quiz on outgrow and based off the outcomes of the quiz i want customers to receive a specific email campaign based off their answer. Ideally this would also add the contact under the tagged outcome to organize contacts based off their answer.
