How secure is Zapier, and how does it protect my information?

Hello! Just asking how secure is Zapier and how much does it protects my information because I saw that Zapier Support has access to my zaps, account and others. I want to make sure no one has had a bad experience on loosing confidential information because of Zapier. Want to know if I can trust this program and would not fail me.
