Downgraded from Starter to Free plan

Soil Merchants Kenya

I paid for the starter plan back in October last year (yearly), but on March 22nd, 2023 I got this email:
 

 

I’m not the one that downgraded because I’m still using Zapier.

What could be the issue?

It looks like you’ve also reached out to our Support team about this which is perfect. For any billing or plan related questions the Support team will be the best folks to assist.

I’d recommend keeping an eye out for their reply in your email inbox. Please also remember to check you spam/junk folder as sometimes their emails can end up there by accident.

Hopefully they’ll be able to help get to the bottom of this and help get your plan reinstated soon! 🤞
