Hi All,

I’ve got a zap that sends the google form data over to a google doc.  The google sheet contains some data that is 3,2,1 or 0, it's a scored question.

Is there a way that I can get formatter to read a 3, and replace that with the word ‘Met’ on the google doc, Similarly, 2 to ‘Partially Met, -1 = Not Met and 0 = Not Relevant.

So in essence I’d like the google doc to list out the questions with Met etc next to each one depending on the score.

Can’t fathom this one out :/

Cheer

MIk

Hi there @Michael.Thomas - Thanks for posting this question! Yes, you can do Replace within Formatter by Zapier. Please give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks!
