Pricing for Zapier using Seamless.ai and Microsoft Dynamics CRM plus how performance and functionality of Zapier in this environment?

@gswilliams Zapier pricing depends on two things really, how many tasks are needed to accomplish a zap and how often the zap runs, so if you have the minimum of 1 task per zap and you have 20 leads a day you’ll use 600 tasks in a month (1*20*30) if, However, your zap is slightly more complicated and uses 3 tasks, but you’re still getting the same number of leads processed a day you’ll be using 1,800 tasks in a month (3*20*30) and then if your lead numbers fluctuate it will impact the number of tasks your account will need at Zapier.

There’s a resource on tasks and pricing here

Zapier performs very well.

This is a great wizard to get started with for those two applications and will set up the most simple zaps which will only use 1 task each: https://zapier.com/apps/seamless-ai/integrations/microsoft-dynamics-crm
