Trying to create an “semi” automated email when moving a card to a list
I have two questions:
1 - Is it possible to have the email to pop up so you can change it if you want before sending?
2- Is it possible to have the signature come from Gsuite rather than your own email account?

In answer to your questions:
1 - Is it possible to have the email to pop up so you can change it if you want before sending?
You can’t have it ‘pop up’ but you can use the Create Draft action to create a draft in gmail that you can then check and send when you’re ready.
2- Is it possible to have the signature come from Gsuite rather than your own email account?
It looks like it’s not currently possible to include signatures in the emails sent, sorry about that. Though, if you using the create draft function then I would imagine that when you go to the account to send it, it should add the signature - I have to confess that I’ve not tried this myself to know for sure!
