Pardot Form to Zoom Webinar Registration

Hi,

I’m trying to see if I can push Pardot landing page completions to a Zoom webinar registration. I’ve set up the zap but the only available Pardot trigger seems to be “New Prospect”. Obviously I don’t want to automatically enroll all new prospects for the Zoom webinar. Is there a way to trigger from a Pardot list or landing page? Otherwise I don’t see the utility of this connector. Thx!

Thanks for reaching out!

You are correct, the only Pardot Trigger currently available is “New Prospect.” A potential workaround could be to send your data from Pardot to a Google Sheet (or similar) > Check via New/Updated Row who should receive a Zoom invite > Send Zoom invite. 

I’m not sure if that will make sense for your workflow but please let us know if that does the trick!
