Trouble connecting to my Odoo v11 instance


I have problems in connecting to my Odoo v11 community instance. Is it possible or just with an enterprise version? It gets an error about authentication but the credentials are correct.

Can someone help me if already faced this connection?

So sorry you are still encountering this error!

I don’t believe connecting with Odoo’s community version is possible at the moment but I do see that Odoo offers a lot of solutions. Zapier only currently integrates with two pieces of Odoo software: ERP & CRM.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry you’re running into an authentication error!

You may need to reconnect your Odoo account- if that doesn’t do the trick, this article on Fixing Unauthenticated Errors will guide you through some additional items to check.

thanks for you reply. Unfortunately, it keeps on giving that kind of error.

That’s why I’m still wondering if it is possible to create a zap with odoo community version. Do you have other contacts who already did it?
