Scrape Gmail for a specific term (i.e. Sponsorship) > Airtable

Hi,

I have recently used Gmail to do a custom (term) search and “scrape” the Name: & To: email to be populated on Airtable, the to be repurposed in Mail Chimp.

This Zap only activates upon NEW emails, is there anyway you can apply to PAST emails to re-engage those with the respected term?

Thanks in advance and be well:)

E

Hi @ebrook214 ,

Great question! Depending on your exact trigger, you may be able to capture emails from 1 hour to 2 days prior to the Zap’s set up.

Each of these triggers has a certain look back interval which could be somewhat handy, but overall your Zap will be most effective at triggering on new emails.

Let us know if you have any further questions!
