Sending file from Google Docs after filling template

Hello World!

I have a logic like that:

Webflow - Google Docs - E-mail

When someone fill form in Webflow, Zapier makes Google Doc from Template and saves it in Google Drive, after that I need to send this file by e-mail.

But file doesn’t want to attach.

No option like that in the attachment list.

 How to send file?

Thanks!

Hi @Euge

If you scroll further through those fields you’ve highlighted, one should have PDF in the field name and will be a URL.

You can map that field - Zapier then grabs the PDF via that download URL and attaches it for you.

Thanks, @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu.

That’s work, but what if I want it to send as a doc file instead of pdf?

Is it possible?

@Euge

There should be several other URL field listed, check them all as one will be the file in it’s original document format.

@AndrewJDavison_Luhhu, you’re amazing.

Few tests and I have found it. For the “Doc” format it’s an option “ExportLinks__application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document”.

Looks like I’m a little bit stupid)

Thanks a lot!
