I have created the Zappier action which send me personal message whenever certain text appears in the Slack public channel I want to create the action where when I reply yes zappier slackbot message the JIRA ticket must be created
For example when someone mentioned my name in the general slack channel the bot notifies me that someone mentioned you on replying yes to the message send by the bot its should perform certain action(creating JIRA ticket in my case)

I would recommend doing this with Slackmojis rather than responses! There’s a trigger for Slackmojis, and it will allow you to do what you’re trying to do really easily.
