Automating Spreadsheet Updates for New Keap Leads with Specific Tags

Hello!

I've set up Zapier to update a spreadsheet whenever a new lead is added to Keap with a specific tag. The action in Google Spreadsheet is to create a new row.

Initially, it worked well during testing. However, after I published the zap and tried adding a contact to Keap with the specific tag, it didn't automatically populate the sheet. How can I fix this?

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your steps are outlined and configured, along with the top 3 rows of the GSheet being used.
