Hello I’m just wondering if you or anyone on here has had an issue converting Zapier to your PayPal . I do have a Business Account and I did Copy the URL, I tried to test it but it never showed. Could anyone help or know what I should do. Thanks 

Hey Lucy! Could you let me know what PayPal trigger you are using so I can look into this?

If you are triggering off of “Successful Sale”, this can happen if your sales aren’t marked as “Completed”, which is the status this trigger runs off of. The trigger "All Merchant Transactions" is broader, and should catch more of your sales. 

Hello and thanks for getting back. I do have a separate Business Account for separate payments. My account is Halladay Art. I don’t know what you mean by Trigger. I really don’t have any sales yet and trying to get this fixed and learn more. 

Happy to clarify here! A Trigger is what we call the very first step in your Zap that kicks off the automation. This page here has more details if you’re curious:

It sounds like you tested out a PayPal payment to see if it would come up in your Zap, is that right? What is the status of the payment that you tested with? It needs to be “Completed” in order for it to show in the Zap. You should be able to see this when viewing the payment details.
