Want to send someone a payment link so they can pay you simply by typing the details into Slack?
Here’s how I setup this workflow using Zapier, Slack and PayPal (thanks to Shuttle’s Zapier app).
Once, connected I can just type a command into Slack with all the details including the customer email and the specific link is created. I then copy and paste that link or forward it in Slack or email to the person who needs to pay.
Don’t use Slack? Swap it out for another tool to generate the link.
Finally, I setup another Zapier workflow to catch the payment status and post it into Slack to notify me when the person has paid.
