How to Troubleshoot Why a Zap Automatically Turns OFF

Things to check and try to help you troubleshoot why a Zap automatically turns OFF.

 

Why you can't turn ON or publish a Zap:

  • Zap has incomplete steps
  • App accounts are not connected
  • Connected app limitations
  • Zapier account limitations
  • Your account has publish approvals enabled

 

Your Zap errored too many times

Zapier will automatically turn OFF your Zap if it:

  • Errors 95% of the time it runs.
  • Has run more than 20 times in the past 7 days.
