Not pulling in metadata from stripe

I’ve seen that some people are experiencing the same issues and I’ve tried some of the solutions suggested, however Zapier doesn’t seem to pulling in the metadata from Stripe? Is anyone else experiencing the same issues? I have two zaps that relied on the use of metadata to determine the source of the payments. Is there any other way to achieve this? such as by which Stripe webhook was triggered for example? Any help would be appreciatedThanks

HubSpot Deal Trigger delay

The Zap of Hubspot and Slack is perfectly working for all the deals from Hubspot. But for a particular deal, the Zap appeared after 2 months instead of instantly. Can you please help in figure out what exactly could have went went wrong as the Zap is working perfectly for other deals? BestAm

Is Free plan ok for me or do I need the starter level plan for Zapier

I will attach a screen shot of my Zapier account. I just have some webinars I do and have my contacts moved from the webinar service to my Active Campaign Master List. Am I ok with the Free account? In the  new series of my programs, I will have 4 webinars in a week to do and again move these contact that sign up for the webinars over to my Active Campaign account via Zapier. Is the Free amount ok for me to do or do I need the Starter account?  ok, I attached my screen shot of my Zapier account

Shared Drive (G Suite) URL ID not working in zap

I understand there is a thread about entering the ID of a shared GSuite Drive (Team Drives). When I do so in a Google Sheet - Google Doc Zap, however, I get an error and the Zap says the ID is unrecognized. This is the full URL https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/0ANc4NG3iRUoPUk9PVA I am entering 0ANc4NG3iRUoPUk9PVA in the custom line.

Google Sheet Permissions on copied spreadsheet using Create Spreadsheet action

Hey guys, Need some help here. I have a step that creates a new spreadsheet from a template. The problem is this newly created worksheet is set to private and inaccessible by other members of my team. I have already set the template permission to literally anyone with the link can access as I thought the newly copied spreadsheet permission is copied from it.  Can someone help please? I only want the new created sheet write-accessible to anyone with the link.

New vs Updated Subscription Data from Woocommerce to Google Sheet

Issue: getting subscription data out of Woocommerce to analyse in Google Data Studio. This needs to be done Zapier because Woocommerce doesn’t export this data into a google sheets. Goals:create new subscription (DONE); update subscription when renewed (NEED HELP): how can one update only some of the rows when a subscription is renewed, and can the revenue which comes from the renewal be updated to add the revenue of the renewal to the first revenue generated through the customer buying the membership for the first time? Update total_revenue & next_payment_date etc.

Quickbooks Commerce - Notification when purchase order received in full

Hi all, I am trying to create a Zap that sends a notification via email when a purchase order is received in full.I can find triggers for sales order but not for purchase orders, am I missing something ?We currently have Quickbooks commerce, not QB online, is that a requirement for this ? On a side note would I be able to pull stock data daily from QBC and paste on a Gsheet using Zap ? A daily SOH report. Thanks in advance

Can Zapier Pull Youtube videos to share on IG?

Hi Im trying to find a zap tutorial that enables you to take videos uploaded to a channel and upload the video to IG business.  The few times I have tried I have gotten an error in the zap. Also It is telling me to do the image instead of a video, when i specifically want the video moved over. Any suggestions?

Lookup first blank cell in a column Google Sheets

Hi there,I am attempting a Zap step using ‘Lookup Spreadsheet Row’ in Google sheets, and I cannot find a way to tell Zapier to look for the first blank cell (or cell with no value) in the search column (leaving the ‘Search Value’ field blank fails the step as a value is required). Is there an operator Zapier recognises that tells it to search for the next blank row/cell in a column?The broader challenge - I have a list of unique sequential IDs in column C, and I need Zapier to update a row to included new registrant details (such as name, email etc) when they register. Using the ‘create new row’ action simply inserts a new row below the last ID. I have also considered having Zapier assign a unique ID when it creates a new row, but I don’t know how to have it lookup the last ID in sequence and add the ID+1. I need the ID for later steps.Any ideas?John

New Email in Gmail to trigger SMS to list of recipients

We have a restaurant and currently we send daily texts from a cell phone for our lunch and dinner specials to a large list of customers. I wanted to automate this some and use the Send SMS messages from Clickatell for new emails received on Gmail option so we can just send an email that will trigger an event to send a text. I have it all setup but the problem I am having on the Setup an action form, the TO only allows one phone number to be entered. I tried to add additional phone numbers separated with a comma, colon or a space and it’s giving an error.If I use just one phone number it works just fine. Any idea on how I can accomplish this or if there is a different zap I can use with my clickatell account to send our daily specials?Thanks

I created a Zap to import Facebook Ads Leads into our Mailchimp audience but they don’t seem to be getting added to Mailchimp. I’ve tested the Zap trigger and it’s pulling data properly from Facebook. The Zap action also seems to be working after testing it.

Weekly Slack Message with upcoming event names and attendees

Hi folks, I’m working on a way to bring event data from Eventbrite (or HubSpot, as they already talk to each other) to Slack. I’d like to send a Slack message to a channel on a Monday morning saying: Here are our upcoming events, and here are how many people registered for them (as a list). I think my query would rely on a webhook getting data from Eventbrite, but I’ve not found any clues as to whether or not this is possible at an organisational level. I can pull data from an individual event no problem, but what I’m trying to do is pull data from ALL our events.Any ideas?Thank you,Oli

Issue with OAuth2 token when testing authentication

I have setup the OAuth2 as described in zapier document. All things are fine upto Step 4.In Step 5: When I setup OAuth Account, it redirects me to login page where I enter the credentials and also it works fine.But when I do the test authentication by making call to API for test authentication, request success with 200, but authentication fails. I am not sure where is the exact error, I cannot see logs of zapier that what token is send or what is the reason for Authentication failure.Please suggest me right ways to fix this issue.

Adding Pardot to Already Configured SFDC Web form to SFDC Lead Zap

Hi Everyone, We recently purchased Pardot, and until we can get our Pardot forms filled out and put the code on the new website we are building, we’d like to link Pardot to our current Zaps. Currently we have Zaps that are initiated by a gravity form being filled out on our site which then creates a lead in SFDC. I was hoping to just be able to modify our existing Zaps to link to the correct Pardot Campaigns somehow. I see that Pardot fields are now avaialbe options when I open a zap to edit it, but was not sure what value i should put in there. Or if what i need to do is add another step to the zap and connect Pardot and update it that way. Thank you for any help and guidance anyone can give.

I tried integrating Salesforce and GovSpend applications together. I used the paid account for GovSpend and trial account in SalesForce. The zapier says data is sent to my salesforce trial account. But I am unable see the data in salesforce.I just want to understand the problem. Can you please help me figure out the issue?

Webflow submission - SMS - Airtable flow

I have a webflow form submission that I would like to kick-off a series of daily sms messages which I have in a table in Airtable (1 message each subsequent day from the day a user signs up), and send these from my Twilio account. If anyone has an idea of how to set this up in Zapier and how to format the Zaps and/or Airtable/Twilio side of the house that would be great to hear!

Policy Acceptance: Attaching Google Doc to Form

I’m trying to build an integration between Form, Docs, and Sheets where employees can review and sign-off on corporate policies (e.g. code of conduct). An employee could go to the Form, enter their name / date / etc, click on a hyperlink to a policy in Docs, review the policy, “sign” the form (e.g. input their name / check a box/ etc.) and click “Submit” (which would then populate a Sheet for record-keeping purposes).If anyone has any thoughts (or has solved this) please let me know.Thank you!

Update Record in AirtableThe airtable view I am using has some filters, for inctance if a specific word is part of a slack incident channel name, year is 2021, 2020 and 2019I would like to be able to export data from previous dates, also from last year.
