HubSpot Deal Trigger delay

The Zap of Hubspot and Slack is perfectly working for all the deals from Hubspot. But for a particular deal, the Zap appeared after 2 months instead of instantly.

 

Can you please help in figure out what exactly could have went went wrong as the Zap is working perfectly for other deals?
