Are you an account owner looking to get greater visibility into all the Zap workflows, across all team members?
You can now export all Zap workflows in a team's account, including private Zap workflows. Get full visibility into the workflows that power your business.
Where to Find It
Navigate to the Data Management tab under Settings, and you’ll find this option:
You will then be emailed a zip file that contains a JSON file of all the Zap workflows in the account. It is similar to what you get if you export My Zap workflows, but we did add a couple of extra things:
Status of the Zap
You can see whether the Zap is on or off.
Created At & Last Changed
You can see when a Zap step was created and edited.
NOTE: this option is available to account owners on Teams and Companies plans.
