Zoho Desk sync contact with accounts from HubSpot

Hi All,

 

Now i have one issue, for the integration between HubSpot and Zoho Desk, I found that i can sync contact information from Hub>Zoho but associated company information cannot be synced. I found there is no feature to lookup the company(account) in Zoho Desk.. 

What my integration is:

 

HubSpot > Zoho Desk

Contact A with Company A (Hub)> Contact A with Company A(Zoho)

but the Company A in Zoho filed is left blank since i cant able to extract account/company information from Zoho. Let me know any solution to this. Thanks.

Note: All company/account information is setupfor both systems

additional: What I need to do is, how can I extract account information from Zoho Desk to fill in the Account ID in action tab of Zoho Desk in Zapier. Thanks.
