The Zoho CRM API/Zap, Convert Lead, isn't triggering Lead field mapping as defined in Zoho CRM.
Example, when a lead is converted in the CRM directly, fields are mapped to accounts, contacts and potentials per the field mapping rules.
However, when a lead is converted through Zapier, those mappings are not triggered.
Please advise.

If so, are you saying that it does not work when you convert the lead via a Zap? When I check here (https://www.zoho.com/crm/developer/docs/api/convert-lead.html) I don’t see anything else that’s available, that’s not added to the integration. Your best bet here might be to reach out to Zoho, as they do own and maintain that integration. They should be able to confirm whether the Zap is working as intended, and whether or not their API supports those field mapping rules.
