Hello,

I seem to be stuck. Is there a workaround for when a Zendesk ticket has been updated? I am trying to update a row in google sheets based on changes in a Zendesk ticket.

 

From what I can see the updated fields aren’t available for entry when the trigger for New Action on Ticket is selected. Please help.

Also, please note that there’s an existing feature request for New Updated Ticket trigger in Zendesk so I have added your email to the list of interested users for this new feature, and alerted our team in charge of this integration, so that they can review this feature request further.

While I can't provide an ETA for when this new feature might be implemented, we will reach out to you via email once it is.
