When trying to reconnect an App (Zendesk) I get this error:

 

We hit an error adding your new account

authentication failed: Unable to get a value when looking for "meta". Is it empty or missing?

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

found the answer. Just had to use the correct email address. Now to work out how to delete this post
