Zaps disappeared and account plan changed

Hi, 

 

I logged into Zapier and found that all my previous zaps disappeared and my account went back to professional trial from paid. I saw the other community post, but the solution didn’t work in my case. 

I also can’t see the history for previous zaps that I created. Can anyone please let me know what could be the issue here?

Make sure you are logging in with the correct Zapier Account credentials.

I noticed the issue, but I wanted your help here. The domain of my previous email was migrated to my new email recently. When I try to use my old email, I get an error that the account doesn’t exist. What could be the issue here?
