i have downgraded my plan and system deducted full year amount in addition been downgraded, i have been chasing you for more than a week to resolve my issue and yet nothing happens furthermore, the moment i submit the request i got an email which states that i will get i response back within 24 hrs and nothing happens.

Thanks for your kind reply, but it took long time and its not good for zapier reputation to ignore their customers when it comes resolving customer issues related to financial decisions.

The Billing and Accounts team are usually fairly quick to respond but they’re experiencing higher volumes of inquiries at the moment which is causing some delays unfortunately.

I noticed that you’ve also been cross-posting the same message in other Community member’s topics. I can totally understand your frustration but such actions will not ensure that you get a response from the Billing and Accounts team any quicker and, are in violation of the Community Code of Conduct
