Zapier won't connect to Go To Training

I have tried multiple times to connect Go To Training to Zapier and it just won’t connect. Any thoughts? We do have a Premium account.

@Parascheva1014 We haven’t heard from you here or over in support so I am going to sum up this thread with some next steps to take, should anyone else be following along and running into the same issue.

  2. Try using a private browser
  3. Try using a different browser
  4. Make sure your browser is updated
  5. If none of those options are helpful, open a ticket with our support team: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Yes. It lets me put in the login information and appears to connect but then won’t show any data.

Yes unfortunately they are on vacation until the 13
