Zapier Trigger for commusoft not working

Hi i have set up 2 zaps, upon test they work but then when i try ti add a new contact on commusoft (the trigger) it is not sending the information over to zapier to then create a google task. 

 

I have the same with my zap that creates contact in google contacts when a new contact is created in commusoft?

 

am i missing something simple here? both work on testing
